PURPOSE / POLICY :	a.       All Housekeeping staff should must be perform good grooming .
	b.    All Housekeeping staff will maintain a neat &          tidy appearance according to the uniform        requirements.
	c.    A high standard of hygiene will be maintained as most of us are in direct contact with guests.
RELEVANT TO WHOM :	All Section
PROCEDURE:	1.    Ensure a well groomed appearance.  Your hair will be well cut and trimmed.  For males, 1 inch above the collar, no side-burns or moustaches.  Clean shaven at all times. 2.    Make sure to wear a clean and pressed uniform. 3.    Wear shoes which are well polished.                 4.    Wear your name tag.                 5.    Excess jewelry is not to be worn, small stud ear-rings, a wedding ring and a watch are permissible. 6.    Finger nails are to be clean and neatly filed to moderate length.  Clear polish only to be worn. 7.    No heavy make-up. Make-up is to be used sparingly and in normal skin tones. 8.    No gum chewing.                 9.    Smoking is prohibited in all areas except at the employee cafeteria or designated areas.
